Cancellation & Confirmation
Booking an Appointment: We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice so that someone else may visit us. If this notice is not given, you will forfeit the deposit. When making an appointment we will require a $50 deposit for face treatments and $100 for all Collagen Induction Therapies.
Refunds: Please choose carefully as change of mind is non refundable – this is inclusive of but not limited to all deposits, packages, specials, products and treatments.
Appointment Confirmation: We will ask for your phone number so we can confirm your appointment and your mobile number is the best form of contact. We will confirm your appointment via text message and you have the convenience of responding by text any time either during or after trading hours to secure your appointment. Of course you can also ring to confirm during business hours if you prefer. If you do not confirm your appointment we are unable to guarantee your booking.
Birthday Voucher: Birthday Vouchers may only be used on new purchases that are paid in full, this includes promotions unless otherwise stated. Birthday Vouchers cannot be used to pay down any outstanding and existing balances.
Running Late: If you are running late we will endeavour to accommodate you as best we can. However, to avoid inconveniencing our other clients, we may not be able to guarantee your full treatment time or may need to re schedule the appointment.
Children: Our salons follow established occupational health and safety procedures and due to the nature of our business electrical equipment, hot wax, steam and other dangers to children exist in our treatment rooms. Because of these dangers we do not permit children in the treatment rooms. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in our waiting area. Our priority is your children’s safety and we appreciate your consideration in honouring this policy.
